An organic Verdicchio di Matelica made with a minimalistic vine oriented approach. A tailor-made barrel’s treatment brings a honest and coherent connection with the territory.
A simple, bold and true wine that is spontaneously fermented without sulphurous in an iperoxidate must and left decanting.

Thanks to the iperoxidation process that happen prior to the settling, M accurately reproduces the Verdicchio di Matelica’s terroir organoleptic features.
A warm wine, full bodied and with a balanced roundness which distinguish itself for its strong sapidity and its relevant sourness at the palate.

Description | Straw yellow color with greenish reflexes. On the nose it displays typical aroma of fresh fruit, peach and white pepper. The palate is very savory, complex and dry. The vibrant acidity brings the wine to a long and balanced finish |
Pairing | Perfect with an Adriatic sole or a rich fish such as Ancona-style stockfish. The flavore profile perfectly suites some classic spaghetti with clams. Thanks to its structure and richness, it also perfectly pairs with cured meats and white meats |
